Position: Senior Supervisor (CNC)

Total Salary: Maximum to 55,000 THB/Month

Location: Amata, Chonburi

This position requires TOEIC score of 500+

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control daily CNC production activities to achieve production targets.

• Manage, motivate, and develop CNC operators and production staff.

• Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations.

• Monitor machine performance and support troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.

• Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality.

• Prepare and review production reports and related documentation.

• Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering and Quality to improve production efficiency.

• Use Microsoft Office for reporting, planning, and communication.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in production management, specifically in CNC manufacturing.

• TOEIC score of 500 or above.

• Strong technical skills in CNC manufacturing processes.

• Proficient in using measuring instruments and inspection tools.

• Able to read and understand technical drawings.

• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
