PR/120303 | R&D / Scientist (Feed & Formulation Technology)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities related to animal feed, feed additives, nutrition, and feed formulation.

• Design, plan, and execute laboratory, pilot-scale, and field trials to evaluate feed performance, nutritional value, and product effectiveness.

• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and provide recommendations for product improvements and new developments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, Technical Service, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs to support business objectives.

• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, ingredient innovations, and market developments within the feed and livestock sectors.

• Support the development and optimization of feed formulations to improve animal performance, health, and production efficiency.

• Prepare technical reports, research summaries, presentations, and scientific documentation.

• Coordinate with external partners, universities, research institutes, and suppliers on collaborative research projects when required.

• Ensure all research activities comply with relevant quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.

• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Feed Technology, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Biotechnology, or a related field.

• Experience in feed research, animal nutrition, feed formulation, feed additives, livestock production, or related technical areas.

• Strong knowledge of feed ingredients, nutritional requirements, and feed manufacturing processes.

• Experience in designing and conducting research trials, data analysis, and statistical evaluation.

• Familiarity with laboratory testing methods and feed quality assessment.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Ability to interpret technical information and communicate findings effectively.

• Experience working with poultry, swine, aquaculture, ruminant, or pet food applications is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
