Raise capital for Duxton Asset Management's investment products, including private funds and alternative investment opportunities.

Leverage and further develop an existing portfolio of investor relationships and distribution channels.

Identify, engage, and onboard new investors including family offices, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), external asset managers (EAMs), and institutional investors.

Conduct investor presentations, product discussions, and due diligence meetings.

Develop customised investment solutions and proposals based on client objectives.

Maintain strong relationships with investors and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the investment lifecycle.

Work closely with the investment and management teams to communicate fund performance, market updates, and investment opportunities.

Support fundraising campaigns, roadshows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Ensure all fundraising and distribution activities comply with relevant MAS regulations and internal compliance requirements.

Achieve capital raising targets and contribute to the firm's overall AUM growth strategy.

Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, fund distribution, private banking, wealth management, investor relations, or capital raising.

Demonstrated track record of successful fundraising and investor acquisition.

Possesses an established network of investors and intermediaries that can be leveraged for business development opportunities.

Strong understanding of investment products, private funds, real estate investments, and alternative asset classes.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory environment and MAS requirements.

Existing relationships with family offices, private banks, external asset managers, wealth advisors, or institutional investors.

Proven ability to bring and grow a transferable investor portfolio.

Experience distributing alternative investment, private equity, real estate, or private credit products.

Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities.
