About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support customers in selecting and implementing precision motion-control products such as LM Guides, Ball Screws, Actuators, and related automation components. The role combines technical application support, customer interaction, product selection, and engineering calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.

• Conduct technical discussions and application reviews with customers.

• Perform product life and safety factor calculations based on operating conditions.

• Handle customer technical issues and support complaint resolution.

• Assist in technical seminars, product demonstrations, and exhibitions.

• Coordinate with internal and overseas teams on technical inquiries and special projects.

• Support activities related to automation, semiconductor, industrial machinery, and emerging technology sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in machine design, product design, application engineering, or technical sales.

• Knowledge of motion-control products, automation equipment, or industrial machinery preferred.

• Hands-on experience with 3D CAD software.

• Strong engineering calculation and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.

• Willingness to travel across India for customer visits and business support.
