Our client is looking for a motivated and well-connected Aesthetic Sales Specialist / Sales Manager to help grow their business in Thailand. This role is responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, doctors, and business partners.
The ideal candidate has a strong network in the aesthetic industry and can quickly identify opportunities, generate sales, and contribute to business growth from day one.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow sales in the aesthetic market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, clinic owners, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding the customer base.
- Present and promote the company's products and solutions to customers and business partners.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Identify potential distributors and strategic partners to expand market coverage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve sales targets and support the company's business expansion plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in aesthetic products, medical devices, injectables, skin boosters, ampoules, or related industries.
- Strong network with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, clinic owners, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Proven sales success within the Thai aesthetic market.
- Experience in business development and key account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Korean language ability is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
