PR/096177 | E-Commerce Specialist

The E-commerce Specialist will support the growth of the company's online business, with an initial focus on building brand presence across e-commerce channels before taking ownership of e-commerce operations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding and content strategies across e-commerce platforms

• Manage product listings, online campaigns, and brand visibility

• Analyze sales and campaign performance to drive growth

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including platform management, order fulfillment coordination, and customer experience

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to improve business performance

   

Requirements

• Having bachelor's degree

• Having 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields

• Strong branding and consumer engagement experience 

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Grab Dine Out, etc.)

• Understanding of e-commerce operations and performance management

• Having good English communication skills are an advantage
