Security Engineer / セキュリティエンジニア

We are seeking a Security Engineer who can partner with business units as a trusted advisor and support a wide range of security initiatives. This role focuses on security strategy support, risk assessment, governance, vulnerability management, and consulting for business operations and new initiatives.

You will work closely with corporate functions, new business teams, R&D, and IT departments to strengthen security posture and enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support security strategy planning and policy alignment

• Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations

• Assist business units with security consulting (e.g., new business, M&A, organizational changes)

• Manage vulnerability identification and improvement planning

• Contribute to security training, awareness, and maturity assessments

• Collaborate with domestic and global teams to ensure consistent security practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Security strategy planning

  • Risk assessment

  • Security consulting for business units

• Ability to work in English (documentation, communication with overseas teams)

• Broad understanding of security domains such as governance, risk management, vulnerability management, or incident response.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a business company, consulting firm, or security vendor

• Security certifications (CISSP, CISA, Security+, CISM, GIAC, etc.)

• Knowledge of ISO27000, NIST SP800, CIS, OWASP

• Experience in ISMS, vulnerability management, application security, or IT security
