PR/120232 | Manufacturing Area Manager

Responsibilities

•    Lead and manage manufacturing operations to achieve business targets in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People Development (SQCDM).
•    Develop and execute operational plans aligned with company objectives.
•    Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
•    Manage and develop managers, engineers, supervisors, and production teams to achieve operational excellence.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production planning, quality, logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth operations.
•    Monitor key manufacturing KPIs and report performance to senior management.
•    Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for operational issues.
•    Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturing best practices.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
•    Minimum 10 years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
•    Strong background in machining and high-volume production environments.
•    Leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
•    Good command of English communication (Toeic 600)
