Job Description
Develop and execute employer branding strategies to strengthen the company's talent market presence and attract high-quality candidates, working closely with HR leadership and key stakeholders.
Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and business objectives, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent.
Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
Analyze recruitment metrics and workforce data, including hiring sources, time-to-fill, turnover, probation outcomes, salary benchmarks, and exit trends to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires and accelerate their readiness and performance during the probation period.
Qualifications
5-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and recruitment management.
Solid experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing through selection, offer, and onboarding.
Proven track record in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract and engage top talent.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify high-potential talent aligned with business needs.
Excellent sourcing, recruiting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
