本ポジションでは、日本事業の成長を支えるコンプライアンス体制の強化を担います。グローバルの法務・コンプライアンス部門と連携し、クロスボーダービジネスに関する規制対応、KYC・顧客オンボーディング、金融当局対応、ガバナンスおよび内部統制の強化まで幅広く担当します。

• グローバルの法務・コンプライアンスチームと連携し、クロスボーダービジネスに対する規制・コンプライアンス上のアドバイスを提供

• 日本の金融当局との窓口として、規制当局からの照会、検査、届出・報告業務をサポート

Join a fast-growing global digital asset and FinTech company backed by a leading international financial institution. As a Compliance Manager / Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the firm's compliance framework and supporting the continued expansion of its Japan business.

Working closely with global Legal, Compliance, and business teams, you will provide regulatory guidance on cross-border activities, oversee KYC and client onboarding, engage with Japanese regulators, and enhance governance and internal controls. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial services compliance professional to gain exposure to the rapidly evolving digital assets and cryptocurrency sector while working in an international environment.

• Partner with global Legal and Compliance teams to provide regulatory and compliance guidance for cross-border business activities and ensure alignment with group-wide standards.
• Lead KYC, client onboarding, and periodic due diligence for institutional and professional clients in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key liaison with Japanese financial regulators and support regulatory inquiries, inspections, filings, and reporting obligations.
• Maintain and enhance internal compliance policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and risk management controls.
• Provide practical compliance and legal support to business stakeholders, identifying regulatory risks and developing effective solutions.
• Coordinate internal control initiatives, including compliance monitoring, audit support, operational governance, and control enhancements.
• Support the continued development of the Japan business while ensuring activities remain aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 機関投資家またはプロフェッショナル顧客を対象としたKYC、顧客オンボーディング、CDD（顧客デューデリジェンス）などのコンプライアンス業務経験2年以上
• 金融業界におけるコンプライアンス、規制要件、ガバナンス、内部統制に関する知識
• 金融当局（できればJFSA）への届出・報告、または規制当局との対応をサポートした経験

• 急速に変化する金融規制・デジタルアセット規制に柔軟に対応できる適応力
• グローバルチームと円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーマネジメント力
• 規制・コンプライアンスリスクを分析し、実務的な解決策を提案できる問題解決能力
• 幅広いコンプライアンス業務に主体性とオーナーシップを持って取り組める方

• 日本語：流暢〜ネイティブレベル

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in KYC, client onboarding, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), or related compliance activities for institutional or professional clients.
• Strong understanding of financial services compliance, regulatory requirements, governance, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience preparing or supporting regulatory filings and communicating with financial regulators.
• Exposure to the Japan Financial Services Agency (JFSA/FSA) or other Japanese financial regulators is highly valuable.
• Experience within financial services, FinTech, digital assets, securities, banking, or another regulated financial environment is advantageous.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
• Adaptable and comfortable operating within a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to compliance and regulatory risk.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of broad compliance responsibilities.

• Japanese: Fluent to Native level.
• English: Business level / Fluent.

• Experience within digital assets, cryptocurrency, FinTech, securities, investment banking, or other regulated financial services.
• Knowledge of Japanese regulations relevant to digital asset or financial services businesses.
• Experience working directly with the JFSA/FSA on regulatory inquiries, inspections, filings, or reporting.
• Exposure to cross-border compliance and global regulatory frameworks.
• Experience supporting internal audits, governance initiatives, compliance monitoring, or operational risk management.
