As part of its growth journey, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage development projects for modules and components, supporting the setup of the new subsidiary and collaborating with teams in Switzerland and internationally. 

Job Descriptions

• Manage R&D projects for modules and components (NPI & LCM).

• Build and manage cross-functional project teams, including external resources, design transfer, and industrialization.

• Plan, monitor, and report on projects, coordinating interfaces with related projects.

• Ensure proactive stakeholder management and communication at all levels.

• Interface and coordinate team members across multiple locations.

• Ensure efficient implementation and adherence to processes, guidelines, and regulations.

• Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks; resolve conflicts within project teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical, life sciences, or related field.

• Min 6 years’ experience in project management, preferably in MedTech, life sciences instrumentation, or regulated industry.

• Experience in modules and components development.

• Hardware skills (electronics/mechanics) and software experience required.

• Relevant project management education (PMP or similar certifications preferred).
