Position: Safety Manager

Salary package: 70,000-75,000 THB 

Location: Si Racha, Chonburi

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the company's Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, regulations, and ISO 4500, ISO 14001 requirements.
• Conduct and oversee risk assessments, hazard identification, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and preventive
measures.
• Plan and drive safety inspections, audits, emergency preparedness, and safety improvement programs.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to enhance employee safety awareness and culture.
• Monitor safety performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with department managers and contractors to ensure safe operations across the organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Valid Professional Safety Officer License (จป.วิชาชีพ).
• Minimum 5-8 years of safety experience, preferably in Automotive manufacturing or industrial
environments.
• Strong knowledge of Thai safety regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk assessment, incident
investigation, and safety management systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence and promote a strong safety culture.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English.
