■職務内容
・車両パワーネットアーキテクチャの設計・開発を担当し、車両全体の電気的信頼性を確保する。
・電力分配規格、シミュレーション、初期設計コンセプトに関する技術的なリファレンスとしての役割を担う。
・電気工学の基礎がある方（新卒可）。プロセスやツールは業務を通じて習得可能。

■主な業務内容
・新規および既存プラットフォーム向けの車両パワーネットアーキテクチャの開発・定義
・電気負荷リストの整理、更新、および管理を行う。
・電装部品に関するパワーネット標準の策定・文書化および運用。
・パワーネットアーキテクチャの仕様書作成および維持管理。
・シミュレーションモデルを構築し、パワーネットの挙動に関する仮想解析を実施。
・開発段階および市場投入後に発生するパワーネット関連の問題の調査と対応。
・設計、実験、コンポーネントエンジニアリングチームなどの関連部門と連携しながら業務を進める。

■Role Overview:
・Responsible for designing and developing the vehicle powernet architecture ensuring reliable electrical performance across the vehicle.
・Acts as a technical reference for power distribution standards simulations and early・stage design concepts.
・Suitable for candidates with a strong electrical engineering foundation ・ including new graduates ・ as processes and tools can be learned on the job

■Key Responsibilities:
・Develop and define vehicle powernet architecture for new and existing platforms.
・Organize update and maintain the electrical consumer list.
・Establish document and enforce powernet standards for electrical components.
・Create and maintain powernet architecture specification books.
・Build simulation models and perform virtual analyses of powernet behaviors.
・Lead investigations related to general powernet issues during development and in field events.
・Collaborate cross・functionally with design testing and component engineering teams.

■募集要件
・電気工学／コンピュータサイエンス／電子・通信系分野の学士または修士号を有すること。
・自動車システムを中心に、E/E低電圧（LV）パワーネットの設計および実装における2～5年以上の実務経験。
・MATLAB、Simulink などのソフトウェア開発、システム統合、およびアーキテクチャ設計ツールの使用に熟練していること。
・EVまたはICE車両における低電圧システム（パワーネット管理、パワーネット監視、静止電流協調など）に関する深い理解
・ネットワークマネージメントおよび暗電流解析に関する高度な理解
・優れたコミュニケーション力および部門横断チームで業務を遂行する能力


・Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field of Electronics communication Systems
・Strong foundational understanding of electrical circuits power distribution and automotive electrical systems.
・Ability to read and understand electrical schematics wiring diagrams and component interfaces.
・Basic understanding of automotive communication protocols especially CAN （even entry level knowledge is sufficient and can be built upon）.
・Familiarity with component level electrical testing and validation principles.
・Capability to prepare or interpret technical specifications drawings and engineering documents.
・Excellent communication and ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment
