Our client, a new luxury wellness resort in Japan, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to shape its food and beverage operations from the ground up. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage five different restaurants and implement an integrated medical wellness dining concept. Main responsibilities:

• Leading the service across the entire resort's dining facilities.
• Manage a restaurant service team of up to 10 people.
• We offer guests personalized wellness menus.
• Maintaining the standards of fine dining in Japan and France
• Build, guide, and develop service teams.
• Set service standards in cooperation with the director of the food and beverage department.

Requirements:

• A strong professional level of Japanese is required.
• Restaurant manager or strong assistant manager experience
• Experience in fine dining in Japan and France
• Experience in a fine dining or wellness-focused establishment is preferred but not required.
