Responsibilities

• Plan and establish policies for quality management and product development.

• Plan and control quality in production processes and products prior to delivery.

• Plan and control the quality of raw materials and components to ensure compliance with customer standards and international quality systems.

• Manage team development to enhance work efficiency and organizational growth.

• Lead in analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making for related tasks.

• Coordinate and build strong relationships with internal customers, external customers, and suppliers.

• Report operational results to senior management.

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

• Language Skills: Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing);

• Japanese communication skills will be considered an advantage

• Experience:

  1. At least 15 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing and delivery to automotive assemblers.

  2. At least 10 years in a supervisory/management position.
