Overview

Our client, a brand-new luxury wellness resort in Japan, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class opening and shape the food and beverage operations from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service across resort's dining outlets
• Manage restaurant service team of up to ten people
• Deliver personalised wellness menus for guests
• Uphold standards in Japanese and French fine-dining
• Build, coach, and develop service team
• Partner with Director of F&B on service standards
• Coordinate dining operations for luxury wellness resort
• Implement integrated medical-wellness dining concepts

Requirements:

• Restaurant Manager experience or strong Assistant Manager experience
• Japanese at a strong working level (mandatory)
• Comfort adapting across multiple cuisines and service styles
• A strong hotel background is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with luxury dining or wellness-focused establishments is preferred but not mandatory

• 日本料理とフランス料理の高級ダイニングの基準を維持する
• サービスチームを構築し、指導し、育成する
• F&Bディレクターと協力してサービス基準を設定する
• 高級ウェルネスリゾートのダイニングオペレーションを調整する
• 統合された医療ウェルネスダイニングコンセプトを実施する

要件:

• レストランマネージャーの経験または強力なアシスタントマネージャーの経験
• 強い業務レベルの日本語（必須）
• 複数の料理やサービススタイルに適応する快適さ
• 強いホテルのバックグラウンドが望ましいが必須ではない
• 高級ダイニングまたはウェルネスに焦点を当てた施設での経験が望ましいが必須ではない
