【概要】
As Rugby School Japan continues to grow, we are expanding our commercial programmes beyond the core school offering. This newly created role will support the development and delivery of initiatives such as residential summer schools, holiday programmes, rugby academies, English language programmes and other educational experiences aligned with the School's mission and values.
Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Marketing, Finance, Academic, Boarding and Sport, you will help transform ideas into successful programmes. From market research and business planning to programme delivery and customer experience, you will play a key role in creating high-quality educational opportunities while supporting the School's long-term growth.

１．Commercial Programme Development

• Research market opportunities and support the development of new commercial programmes.
• Prepare business cases and implementation plans.

２．Programme Planning & Delivery

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of summer schools, sports academies and other educational programmes.
• Manage schedules, logistics and operational readiness.

３．Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage participant registrations and customer communications.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners and suppliers to ensure successful programme delivery.

４．Financial & Operational Support

• Support budgeting, financial tracking and programme reporting.
• Monitor programme performance and recommend improvements.

５．Compliance & Quality

• Ensure programmes comply with safeguarding, health & safety and School policies.
• Gather feedback and support the continuous improvement of commercial programmes.

As Rugby School Japan and the wider CEA Group continue to grow, there may be opportunities to take on broader responsibilities in commercial strategy, business development, partnerships, programme leadership and Group-wide projects. 学校法人ラグビースクールジャパンは、英国屈指の名門パブリックスクール Rugby School の日本「Rugby School Japan」を運営する学校法人です。2023年の開校以来、着実に成長を続けており、Clarence International School、Phoenix House International Schoolとともに、18か月から18歳までをつなぐCEA Pathwayの一翼を担っています。
開校4年目を迎える現在、学校の教育資源や施設を活かした新たなプログラムや事業の開発を進めています。 本ポジションは、サマースクール、ホリデープログラム、ラグビーアカデミー、英語プログラム、スポーツプログラムなど、新たな商業プログラムの企画・立ち上げ・運営を担うポジションです。
市場調査や事業性の検討から、スケジュール策定、参加者募集、申込管理、顧客対応、予算管理、外部パートナーとの調整、当日の運営、実施後の振り返りまで、プログラムの実現に必要な業務を幅広く担当していただきます。学校内のAcademic、Boarding、Sport、Marketing、Finance、Operationsなどの各チームと連携しながら、教育的価値と事業性を両立した質の高いプログラムを形にしていく役割です。

【雇用形態】
契約社員
※国際的な学校で一般的に採用されている有期雇用契約です。正社員ご希望の方は検討可能。
※本ポジションでは、豊富な実務経験をお持ちの方の兼業・非常勤での参画も歓迎しています。勤務形態・報酬については、ご経験・ご担当いただく役割に応じて柔軟に決定します。

【給与】
年収：550万円～700万円
※給与は年俸を12分割し毎月支給。
※経験・能力・前職給与等を考慮のうえ決定します。

■賞与：年俸制のため原則賞与なし（業績等に応じて特別賞与を支給する場合があります。）

【就業時間】
基本は午前8時半ー午後5時半（1時間休憩）の8時間勤務

■アクセス：つくばエクスプレス「柏の葉キャンパス駅」徒歩約6分

【休日休暇】

• 年間休日120日以上（学校カレンダーによる）
• 完全週休2日制（土日）　※学校行事等により勤務をお願いする場合あり
  ※祝日は原則勤務日（学校年間カレンダーによる勤務）
• 年次有給休暇：入社半年後から年間20日付与（うち15日間は学校が指定）
• 有給病気休暇（年間10日）
• その他（就業規則による）

【必須要件】

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in programme management, events, hospitality, education, business development or a related field.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

【歓迎要件】

• Experience in an international school, education or boarding school environment.
• Experience delivering residential programmes, summer schools, sports academies or youth programmes.
• Experience in business development, partnership management or commercial operations.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting and programme performance analysis.
• Experience using CRM, booking or registration systems.
• An interest in international education, sport or youth development.
