Legal Contract Manager 法務契約マネージャー (JPY 14M+ salary, 4 days WFH)



Our client, a leading global energy technology company, is seeking a Legal Contract Manager to join their legal and commercial team. This role offers the chance to work on large, complex projects, managing commercial risk throughout the contract lifecycle, and provides significant global exposure.


Key Responsibilities:


- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Advise on contract terms and commercial risk
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
- Identify contract risks and opportunities
- Support contract changes and payment issues
- Collaborate with sales and project teams during negotiations
- Work with legal counsel on disputes and claims
- Support international projects in a global environment


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)
- 5+ years of contract management or commercial legal experience
- Native Japanese, Fluent English language abilities
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management skills
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with international contract law is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with contract management software is preferred but not mandatory

• 交渉時に営業およびプロジェクトチームと協力
• 紛争や請求に関する法律顧問との連携
• グローバル環境での国際プロジェクトのサポート

応募資格：

 

• 法学士号（LL.B.）を取得
• 5年以上の契約管理または商業法務の経験
• 日本語ネイティブ、英語流暢
• 契約作成、交渉、リスク管理のスキルが強い
• 製造業またはエンジニアリング業界での経験があれば尚可
• 国際契約法に精通していれば尚可
• 契約管理ソフトウェアの経験があれば尚可
