A Japan-based company providing diverse research services, primarily to financial institutions and professional firms, is aggressively hiring skilled, Japanese/English speaking backend engineers to support the expansion of its global team. The company offers platform and research services to meet the needs of its clients, who are themselves groups of specialists, by precisely matching them with high-accuracy insights on a global scale. As they strengthen its presence in the global market, the company is working to develop products and expand services that function as global solutions, extending beyond the Japanese market.

【業務例】

自社プロダクトのバックエンド開発を、企画段階から運用まで一気通貫で担当していただきます。AI技術を駆使した新機能の実現、プロダクトの持続性を高める技術的負債の解消、そして市場をリードする新規プロダクトの開発といった、具体的な成果に繋がる業務に挑戦していただきます。

A successful applicant(s) will be responsible for the end-to-end backend development of our proprietary products, spanning the entire lifecycle from initial planning through to operation. You will take on challenges that drive tangible results, such as implementing new features powered by AI technology, addressing technical debt to enhance product sustainability, and developing market-leading new products.

プロジェクト遂行/ Project Management

• 要件ヒアリング〜要件定義〜設計・実装〜レビューからテストまで
• その他、タスク・チケット管理など
• From requirement gathering to defining of requirements, designing, implementationm reviewing and to testing
• Task/ticket management, and other tasks

開発・プロダクト開発/ Development & Product Development

• 新機能の設計・開発/ Design and development of new features
• 既存機能の改善・リファクタリング/ Improvement and refactoring of existing features
• 新規プロダクトの開発/ Development of new products

保守運用/ Operation & Maintenance

• 開発に限らず、保守・運用を含めたフルサイクル開発、またそれに合わせた運用・保守の仕組み改善
• バグ修正や問い合わせ対応課題提起、またそれに合わせた機能改善、SQL作成
• Take part in full development cycle from initial development to maintenance, operation and maintenance, as well as implement the improvements for those operational and maintenance activities.
• Identify issues involving bug fixes and inquiring handling, as well as implementing corresponding functional improvements and prepare SQL queries.

必須条件/REQUIREMENT

• 日本語、英語ともに読み書きを含めてビジネスレベル
• 3年以上のバックエンド開発の実務経験
• Business level Japanese AND English proficiency, including reading and writing
• 3 or more years of professional backend development experience

有ると望ましい経験・知識/ Nice-to-Have

• C# + .NET Frameworkでの開発経験
• Typescript + Angularでの開発経験
• Microsoft Azureプラットフォーム上での開発経験
• 複数地域をまたがる体制での開発経験
• Development experience with C#, .NET framework
• Development experience with Typescript, Angular
• Development experience on MS Azure platform
• Development experience in a multi-region organizational structure
