One of Japan’s leading energy groups is seeking an experienced DX/AX Project Planning & Project Management Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI Transformation (AX) by leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, developing AI talent, and promoting company-wide adoption of AI and digital technologies.

As a DX/AX Project Planning & Project Management Lead, you will play a central role in executing the company's AI strategy, overseeing enterprise-wide project governance, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring successful adoption of AI initiatives across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide AI Transformation (AX) initiatives aligned with the Medium-Term Management Plan
- Manage AX-related KPIs and monitor enterprise-wide project progress
- Support planning and execution of strategic AI initiatives
- Prepare executive reports and present progress to senior management
- Operate governance committees and function as the enterprise PMO
- Design and manage AI and digital talent development programs
- Build internal training curricula and learning initiatives
- Support employees in acquiring AI and digital capabilities
- Promote continuous learning across the organization
- Promote AI and digital technologies throughout the company
- Share internal AI success stories and best practices
- Organize AI workshops, seminars, and internal events
- Manage internal AI information portals
- Build and strengthen internal AI communities
- Promote business-led AI utilization across departments
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements
- Support implementation and long-term adoption of AI solutions
- Collaborate with business units to maximize AI value
- Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional enterprise transformation projects
- Coordinate multiple business units and executive stakeholders
- Drive AI Center of Excellence (CoE) activities
- Promote Citizen Development initiatives across the organization
- Support organizational change management and digital transformation

The Digital Transformation team is leading enterprise-wide AI adoption by building data-driven platforms that support innovation and operational excellence.

Work Location: Tokyo
Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
Work Style: Office-based (5 days/week initially, with 1 day WFH available after training completion)

勤務時間: 9:00～17:30（月～金）

- Strong knowledge of AI, Digital Transformation (DX), and AI Transformation (AX)
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing enterprise-wide system implementation projects as a Project Manager (PM) or PMO
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple business stakeholders
- Manage stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration

- Deliver executive-level presentations
- Excellent project planning, governance, and progress management skills
