the transformation of enterprise accounting operations through AI-powered solutions.

This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who wants to apply their

Accounting Process Consulting

• Understand customer accounting operations, workflows, and business challenges.

• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and

improvement.

• Propose optimized accounting processes using AI-powered solutions.

• Provide accounting expertise throughout customer implementation projects.

Client Engagement & Requirements Support

• Participate in customer meetings and business requirement discussions.

• Translate accounting needs into practical system and operational solutions.

• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to support successful project

delivery.

• Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted accounting advisor.

Product & Solution Improvement

• Provide feedback to AI and development teams based on customer requirements and

accounting practices.

• Support continuous improvement of products and services.

• Contribute accounting expertise to the development of next-generation finance

solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical accounting experience within an enterprise company.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting operations, including:

o Accounts Payable (AP)

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Fixed asset management

o Purchasing processes

o Expense reimbursement

o General accounting processes

• Experience identifying issues, improving workflows, or optimizing accounting

processes.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with customers and cross-

functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, accounting system implementation, or finance transformation

projects.

• Experience in business process improvement or operational consulting.

• Experience working with external clients or supporting business solutions.

• Interest in AI, automation, SaaS, and digital transformation.

• Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or equivalent accounting knowledge.
