Key Responsibilities:


- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts
- Provide legal consultations to business divisions
- Promote legal compliance and corporate ethics
- Manage outsourced legal services and collaborate with external counsel


- 契約書の作成、レビュー、交渉を行う
- 事業部門への法的助言を提供する
- 法令遵守と企業倫理の推進を担う
- 外部法律サービスの管理および外部弁護士との連携を行う


Qualifications:


- Must hold a Japanese lawyer qualification (licensed to practice law in Japan)
- Native-level Japanese proficiency for complex legal documentation
- Business-level English proficiency or willingness to learn
- 3+ years of practical experience as a lawyer
- Experience with contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation
- Familiarity with legal compliance and corporate ethics
- Experience collaborating with external counsel
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
