• 金融機関の業務要件を分析し、最適なクラウドバンキングソリューションを提案
• システムアーキテクチャやアプリケーション構成をレビューし、品質・拡張性・業務要件との整合性を確保
• APIを活用したシステム設定、業務自動化、ソフトウェア統合を実施
• 顧客や導入パートナーに対し、システム設計やカスタマイズ方針、導入ベストプラクティスを提案
• 製品デモ、ハンズオンワークショップ、ユーザートレーニングを実施し、システム定着を支援
• システム導入プロジェクト全体を管理し、カスタマーサクセスチームへの円滑な引き継ぎを実施
• 営業、開発、導入コンサルタントなど社内外の関係者と連携し、大規模導入プロジェクトを成功へ導く

A leading cloud banking software provider is seeking a Financial Technology Deployment Consultant to join its Tokyo team. In this client-facing consulting role, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of enterprise financial management platforms for major banking institutions across Japan.

Working alongside implementation partners, developers, and enterprise clients, you will design scalable cloud-based solutions, optimize system architecture, and support digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry. • Analyze client business requirements and recommend enterprise cloud banking solutions that align with operational objectives.
• Review application architecture and system configurations to ensure technical quality, scalability, and compliance with business requirements.
• Configure enterprise financial software, develop automation logic, and integrate solutions using APIs and modern cloud technologies.
• Advise clients and implementation partners on solution architecture, customization strategies, and industry best practices.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical workshops, and user training for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage customer relationships throughout implementation projects and coordinate successful handovers to Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of complex financial technology projects.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大学卒業以上（コンピューターサイエンス、情報システム、経営学、または関連分野）
• 6年以上の実務経験（うち2年以上のクラウドインフラ、システム導入、データベース設計、またはシステムアーキテクチャに関する経験）
• リレーショナルデータベースやエンタープライズシステムに関する知識
• SalesforceなどのCRMプラットフォームの利用経験
• API連携、ソフトウェア設定、システム統合、FinTechまたは金融システム導入プロジェクトの経験

• 技術的な内容を分かりやすく説明できる優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 高い分析力と問題解決能力を備え、システム導入課題へ主体的に対応できる方

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in cloud infrastructure, enterprise software implementation, database architecture, or systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, enterprise application architecture, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, software configuration, and enterprise system deployment within financial services or fintech environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to system implementation challenges.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindset with strong project ownership and accountability.

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business to Intermediate level

• Experience implementing cloud banking, financial management, or SaaS platforms.
