About Company-
Japanese trading company specializing in non-ferrous metals, electronic materials, and industrial components. 

Experience:

Mandatory: Sales experience in metals industry (aluminum, copper, or steel), business development experience, experience in a Japanese company. 

Preferred: Industry dealing with semiconductor, automotive, HVAC or can manufacturing sectors. Also, experience of working in start-up phase.

Job Description: -

1. Lead new business development activities with Indian and multinational clients.

2. Identify and develop customers and suppliers for non-ferrous metal products. 

3. Manage sales pipelines, conduct market research, visit customers, negotiate commercial terms, and support business growth in target industries such as semiconductors, automotive, HVAC, and beverage can manufacturing. 

4. Collaborate with Japan headquarters and group companies to develop strategic opportunities.

5. Non-ferrous metals trading industry.

    

   Requirements

• Experience in the metals industry (aluminum, copper, steel, etc.).

• Experience working for a Japanese company.

• Strong persistence and resilience in sales activities.

• Practical and action-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and execute rather than relying solely on theoretical knowledge.
