PR/120100 | Electrical Site Engineer Manager

Position: Electrical Construction Site Manager 
Location: Sukhumvit 61, Bangkok 
Product: Control Pannel, Electrical & Automation system 

Responsibilities: 
•  Supervise and manage electrical construction projects within the factory, including 
installation, modification, and maintenance of control panels and automation systems. 
•  Review and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate 
implementation. 
•  Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and document control teams regarding 
design changes and engineering modifications. 
•  Oversee contractors and site workers to ensure compliance with safety standards, 
project timelines, and quality requirements. 
•  Manage scheduling and execution of electrical installation and modification work 
during factory shutdown periods. 
•  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems and automation 
equipment. 
•  Ensure compliance with company standards, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other relevant 
regulations. 
•  Liaise between Japanese engineers and Thai staff, providing interpretation and 
translation support when necessary. 

Requirements: 
•  Over 5 yrs experience  
•  Experience supervising electrical construction work (control panel and systems + 
electrical blueprint)  
•  Experience with creating progression reports for electrical construction work 
•  Experience coordinating installation and modification work during factory shutdown 
periods
