PR/096071 | Service Engineer Manager (Korean)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service Engineer team.

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support.

• Handle customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Plan and execute field service projects while maintaining quality standards.

• Coordinate closely with customers and the Japan HQ. 

Requirements

• Native Korean speaker with business-level English.

• Japanese and/or Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience managing service engineers.

• Strong people management skills, including scheduling, training, performance, cost, profit, and spare parts/logistics management.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineer.

• Experience in the semiconductor, PCB, or packaging substrate industry is preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and large equipment maintenance experience.

• Willing to travel to customer sites for emergency support.
