POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will drive creator acquisition and partnership development to unlock new markets, owning the full lifecycle from lead sourcing and outreach to onboarding and launch support, while collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen outreach strategies and market expansion efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Source and engage creators through warm and cold outreach 

• Identify and unlock new creator segments and markets 

• Partner with leadership on creator acquisition strategy 

• Support creators in onboarding and successful launch 

• Develop creator publication and content plans 

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams on growth insights 

• Improve lead sourcing and outreach processes across the US team

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4 years in creator partnerships, talent, or relationship management 

• Strong understanding of the US creator economy and platforms 

• Proven ability in both warm and cold outreach 

• Ability to identify emerging creators and niche communities 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

• Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments 

• Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones

SALARY 　USD $80,000-110,000
