This role leads server-side design and development for a newly launched consumer fintech service, delivering high-quality, scalable APIs and batch systems. You will collaborate across teams to ship impactful features used by thousands of users while driving engineering excellence.

Description

• Lead design and development of server-side applications (API, batch) using Java
• Drive system architecture and basic design decisions for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver new features
• Write and maintain high-quality, testable code (unit testing, edge cases)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving engineering processes
• Participate in full lifecycle development: requirements, design, build, test, release
• Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment
