Description
- Provide L1/L2 production support for Fixed Income, collateral, and enterprise risk systems
- Ensure stability of cross-asset trading platforms and risk data environments
- Act as a key contact for traders and risk managers on system issues and queries
- Lead incident management including triage, escalation, coordination, and resolution
- Analyze production incidents and implement effective remediation solutions
- Manage problem tracking, change/release deployment, and governance processes
- Collaborate with global technology teams to improve system performance
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency
- Support business continuity through proactive monitoring and rapid incident handling

- 5+ years of experience in application production support (financial services preferred)
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Java, Python
- SQL (SQL Server or Oracle, scripting, debugging, stored procedures)
- UNIX/Linux/Windows environments
- Job schedulers (e.g., Autosys)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Scripting and automation skills (Shell/Python)
- Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
- Ability to work under pressure in a time-critical environment
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical levels
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Business-level English and conversational Japanese preferred
- DevOps tools experience (Jenkins, Ansible, Docker)
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark)
- Knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel)
