• 高可用性・高性能・耐障害性を実現する本番環境インフラの設計・構築・運用
• 監視、オブザーバビリティ、インシデント対応、ポストモーテムを通じたシステム信頼性の向上

This is an exciting opportunity for bilingual engineers to take ownership of AWS cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, automation, and DevOps initiatives while working alongside a highly experienced engineering team.

You'll play a key role in designing scalable cloud platforms, improving system reliability, and influencing the technical direction of a modern infrastructure that supports global business growth. • Design, build, and operate highly reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant production infrastructure.
• Improve system reliability through monitoring, observability, incident response, and post-incident analysis.
• Define and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure to improve performance, security, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and platform reliability.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, and system resilience.

必須条件経験・資格：

• SRE、DevOpsエンジニア、インフラエンジニア、クラウドエンジニアとしての実務経験2年以上
• クラウド環境における本番システムの運用経験
• Linux、ネットワーク、インフラ自動化に関する知識
• TerraformまたはAnsibleなどInfrastructure as Codeツールの利用経験

• 優れたトラブルシューティング能力と問題解決力
• チームで円滑に業務を進められるコミュニケーション能力
• 自ら課題を発見し改善を推進できる主体性

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル〜ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（但し応相談）

• AWSサービスの実務経験
• Eコマースや大規模Webサービスの運用経験
• CI/CDパイプラインやデプロイメント自動化の経験
• Datadogなどの監視・オブザーバビリティツールの利用経験
• Go、PHP、JavaScript、TypeScriptなどを用いた開発・スクリプト作成経験

• At least 2 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.
• Experience supporting cloud-based production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Japanese: Business to Fluent level.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Experience supporting e-commerce platforms or high-traffic web applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience using observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog.
• Programming or scripting experience with Go, PHP, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
