PR/123915 | Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering mechanical and electrical construction projects in accordance with quality, budget, safety, and timeline requirements. The role oversees multidisciplinary MEP activities, manages project teams, communicates with clients and stakeholders, and ensures successful project completion.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years experience, in project management is an advantage
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, steam boiler, air compressor, chiller, cooling tower, power distribution, lighting system, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, communication, genset, UPS, etc.)
- Capable of reading construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Have leadership and communication skills
- Have integrity and work professionalism
- Have a sense of risk management
- Healthy and can be highly mobile
