Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor [物流・倉庫管理 / 赤坂]

職務内容:

• 3PL・倉庫管理: 外部物流パートナー（3PL）を遠隔から管理・監督し、各種KPIの達成、配送クオリティの維持、および規制・品質要件の遵守を徹底します。

• 在庫・トランザクション管理: 定期的な棚卸しの実行、Oracleシステムと3PL側WMSの月次照合、製品の賞味期限（SLED）管理および廃棄処理を行います。

• ロジスティクス連携: メンバー向けの配送網の最適化を図るとともに、他部署と連携してOracleのシステムエラーや物流上のトラブルを解決します。

Job Description:

• 3PL & Warehouse Supervision: Remotely supervise 3PL partners to ensure strict KPI compliance, high delivery service standards, and regulatory quality requirements.

• Inventory & Transaction Control: Oversee cycle counts, conduct monthly Oracle-to-WMS reconciliations, and manage product shelf-life (SLED) and disposals.

• Logistics & Collaboration: Coordinate transportation networks for member deliveries and partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot Oracle interface or logistical issues.

応募要件:

• 経験: サプライチェーンまたは物流・配送オペレーションにおける5〜10年の実務経験（うち最低2〜3年の管理職・スーパーバイザー経験が必須）。

• 語学力: ネイティブレベルの日本語、およびリージョナルへの報告業務に対応できる良好な英語力（読み書き・会話）。

• システム・スキル: 高いPCスキル。OracleなどのERPシステムまたは在庫管理システムの利用経験があれば尚可。

• 学歴: ビジネス、経営学、またはロジスティクス関連分野の学士号。

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–10 years in supply chain/distribution operations, including a minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Languages: Native Japanese and good communication skills in English (both oral and written) for regional reporting.

• Systems & Skills: Strong computer literacy; experience with ERP systems like Oracle is highly preferred.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
