グローバルなアジャイル開発チームの一員として、金融システムの開発・業務改善プロジェクトを推進していただくポジションです。

**本ポジションは派遣社員として長期プロジェクトに参画いただく案件です。**ビジネス部門と開発チームの橋渡し役として、要件定義からリリースまで幅広く携わり、国内外のステークホルダーと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

金融IT領域における幅広い経験を積みながら、将来的にはプロダクトオーナー、プロダクトマネージャー、デリバリーリード、プログラムマネージャーなど、さらなるキャリアの可能性を広げられるポジションです。

• ビジネス部門へのヒアリングを通じた業務要件の整理、システム要件定義および仕様策定
• 現行業務プロセス・システムフローの分析および改善提案、関連ドキュメント作成
• ビジネス部門と開発チームの橋渡し役としての要件連携および開発プロジェクト推進
• ユーザー・開発チームと連携したシステムテストおよびユーザー受入テスト（UAT）の実施支援
• 本番環境で発生した障害に対する原因分析（Root Cause Analysis）および改善対応の推進
• 取引所、ブローカー、清算機関など外部ステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーション
• グローバルなアジャイル開発チームにおける国内外ステークホルダーとの連携およびプロジェクト推進

Join a leading global banking organization as a Senior IT Business Analyst/Developer, working within an international Agile team supporting business-critical initiatives across the Corporate Banking and Capital Markets environment. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Document current business processes, market workflows, and system landscapes to support solution design and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
• Coordinate and support solution testing with developers and business users to validate functionality and business outcomes.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with development teams to implement effective resolutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact with exchanges, brokers, and clearing houses, ensuring effective communication and operational alignment.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ITビジネスアナリストとしての実務経験10年以上
• 株式、デリバティブに関する知識・経験
• 開発チームと連携した大規模ITプロジェクト推進経験
• SQLを用いたデータ分析・データ検証の実務経験
• アジャイル開発環境（Scrum等）でのプロジェクト経験

• 10+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis within enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience supporting derivatives and equities systems in the financial services or banking industry.
• Strong experience delivering complex IT implementation projects in collaboration with software development teams.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze data and support business and technical requirements.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies and cross-functional technology teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to shared success.
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments with excellent cultural awareness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where technology is a key business enabler.

• Experience within Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, or other financial markets environments.
• Knowledge of exchange, broker, and clearing house operations.
• Experience supporting production systems and incident management.
• Familiarity with business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
