Reactを活用したフロントエンド開発を中心に、バックエンドエンジニアと連携しながら、ユーザー体験の向上やアプリケーション品質改善を推進できるポジションです。

• Webおよびモバイルアプリケーションのフロントエンド開発
• Reactを活用したアプリケーション機能の設計・実装
• バックエンドエンジニアと連携した機能開発およびシステム連携

Working alongside talented international engineers, you will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-performance applications while enhancing the user experience across multiple platforms.

• Develop and maintain modern web and mobile front-end applications using React and related technologies.
• Collaborate closely with back-end engineers to design, develop, and integrate new application features.
• Optimize application performance while continuously improving the UI/UX experience.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure reliable, maintainable software.
• Analyze and enhance existing applications by reviewing and understanding legacy codebases.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation to support development and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile development activities and contribute to continuous process improvements.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• アプリケーション開発経験5年以上
• Javaを用いた開発経験
• Reactを用いたフロントエンド開発経験
• 既存コードを読み解き、構造や仕様を理解できる能力
• 大卒（または同等の資格・実務経験）

• 自ら課題を見つけ、主体的に行動できるプロアクティブな姿勢
• 指示を待つのではなく、自律的に業務を推進できる方
• チームメンバーと円滑に連携しながら、責任を持って開発を進められる方

• 日本語：不問（できれば尚可）
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル以上

• 大規模Webサービスやエンタープライズ向けアプリケーションの開発経験
• JavaScript／TypeScriptを用いたフロントエンド開発経験
• UI/UX改善やパフォーマンス最適化に取り組んだ経験
• グローバルチームや英語環境での開発経験

• 5+ years of software or application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing applications using React.
• Experience working with Java in enterprise application environments.
• Ability to analyze, understand, and improve existing codebases.
• Experience developing scalable web applications using modern software engineering best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within multicultural teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and technical improvement.
