Primary Purpose of the Role
The Medical Manager position is to provide leadership and strategic direction in order to achieve company business unit and individual performance objectives. This role is critical to leading medical activities with medical and scientific dialogue for both internal and external stakeholders.

職務の主な目的：メディカルマネージャーは、会社、事業部門、および個人の業績目標を達成するために、リーダーシップと戦略的な方向性を提供することです。この役割は、社内外のステークホルダーとの医学的・科学的な対話を通じて、医療活動を主導する上で非常に重要です。

Establishing fostering and maintaining excellent educational activities with healthcare providers （HCPs） and research collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders （KOLs） other clinical investigators and key academic institutions are critical goals in order to build outstanding product awareness and advocacy.

優れた製品認知度と支持を築くためには、医療従事者（HCP）との優れた教育活動の確立、育成、維持、および主要オピニオンリーダー（KOL）、他の臨床研究者、主要な学術機関との研究協力関係の構築が重要な目標となります。

This position supports the Japan
affiliate goals by developing aligned global strategies. In addition this position facilitates the collaboration with global and regional teams. The Medical Manager works under the departmental guidance of Japan Medical Affairs. The role includes to support and guide MSL activities.

このポジションは、グローバル戦略の策定を通じて、日本法人の目標達成を支援します。また、グローバルチームおよび地域チームとの連携を促進します。メディカルマネージャーは、日本メディカルアフェアーズ部門の指導の下で業務を行います。その役割には、MSL活動のサポートと指導が含まれます。

Expected Outcomes
Build and maintain scientific relationships with HCPs and Top KOLs to enhance clinical understanding of ADC products.
Support medical education programs scientific events and internal scientific training.
Contribute to evidence generation activities including IIS support clinical studies and publications.
Provide scientific guidance for cross functional teams and ensure accurate compliant medical review of materials.
Facilitate aligned communication and collaboration with global/regional Medical Affairs Marketing Regulatory and so on.

期待される成果： 医療従事者およびトップKOLとの科学的な関係を構築・維持し、ADC製品の臨床的理解を深める。 医学教育プログラム、科学イベント、および社内科学研修を支援する。

IISサポート、臨床研究、論文発表など、エビデンス創出活動に貢献する。部門横断型チームに科学的ガイダンスを提供し、資料の正確かつコンプライアンスに準拠した医学的レビューを確実に実施する。グローバル／地域メディカルアフェアーズ、マーケティング、規制関連部門などとの連携と協働を促進する。


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive activities from the medical and scientific perspective.
Develop and deliver medical and scientific messaging based on key outcomes and clinical
data of our products in coordination with the commercial market access and regulatory
affairs.
Enhance awareness of the clinical benefits of our products among HCPs.

主な職務内容：医学的および科学的な観点から活動を推進する。営業、市場アクセス、規制関連部門と連携し、当社製品の主要な成果と臨床データに基づいて、医学的および科学的なメッセージを作成・発信する。医療従事者の間で当社製品の臨床的利点に対する認識を高める。


1） 医療および科学データに基づく日々のKOLSとの連携、
2） 諮問委員会会議、円卓会議、科学的議論でKOLSと議論する
インタビュー、
3） マーケティングを通じて日本でのアドボケイト育成を加速させる。
証拠生成:
1） 臨床試験の支援、IISのレビューおよび支援のために必要に応じて医療指導を提供すること
日本での提案。
2） アボットが開始した臨床証拠の生成、3） 科学的出版の加速
コルズ。
外部医学教育:
1） 医療科学的メッセージを要点に伝える教育プログラムの開発と実施
HCP、政府、規制当局などの関係者も含まれます。
2） 科学会議での医療および科学イベントの開発と実施。
3） 医療および科学分野からのマーケティング、市場アクセス、規制業務の支援
視点。
内部医学科学訓練:
営業およびMSL向けの科学的な社内研修を支援し、実施します。
その他:
1） 医療情報の問題管理、2） 医療資料や商業資料のレビュー、3）
カスタマーサービスのサポート 4） グローバルおよび地域チームとの協働を促進すること。

【要件】
大学院卒
医療業界経験（特に糖尿病ケアまたは内科）で最低3年の臨床経験
