Our client, a well-established Japanese automotive component manufacturer, is looking for a Senior Sales Staff to support customer relationship management, quotation handling, and business coordination with automotive industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer quotation requests and prepare commercial proposals
- Develop feasibility studies and manage part order documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery schedules
- Handle engineering changes and customer confirmation requests
- Manage price negotiations and customer forecast planning
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Support business growth and customer satisfaction initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related Engineering fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sales Staff or Sales Engineer in automotive manufacturing industry
- Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of technical drawings is an advantage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude with customer-oriented mindset
- Willing to work in Karawang
