Hiring: Head of IT (AI Project)

We’re partnering with an exciting global-backed organization launching a new tech-driven projects in Indonesia, focused on AI and digital transformation for Finance & Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Advise leadership on AI adoption, automation, and machine learning use cases that enhance business performance.

• Design and implement scalable systems with strong cybersecurity frameworks (IAM, firewalls, endpoint protection).

• Develop enterprise solutions and automated workflows aligned with modern FinTech standards.

• Set up data architecture to support analytics, business intelligence, and AI deployment.

• Manage relationships with ISPs, hardware vendors, and AI/software providers.

• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing IT team as the business grows.

• Own everything—from infrastructure and helpdesk to asset management—independently.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in IT, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong background in FinTech, InsurTech, or AI-driven environments.

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks & data systems.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST).

• Proven ability to build IT functions from scratch.

• Strong leadership, independence, and decision-making skills.

• Degree in Computer Science / IT / Data Science (or related field).
