Job Description
• Source and procure raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and production-related items to support manufacturing operations. 

• Identify, develop, and qualify new suppliers while driving localization initiatives and maintaining strong supplier relationships. 

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead time, and commercial agreements to achieve cost-saving and operational targets. 

• Monitor supplier performance, follow up on purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery to support production schedules. 

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to manage inventory levels, material availability, and procurement processes. 
 

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in supplier sourcing, supplier development, vendor management, and localization activities.

• Negotiation, cost reduction, and commercial management skills with the ability to achieve procurement targets.

• Able to communicate in Chinese
