Position: Electrical Engineer
Qualification:
•    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
•    3 year of experience in maintenance, electrical systems, automation, or manufacturing environments.
•    Knowledge of electrical systems, motor control, PLC, and industrial equipment.
•    Experience with troubleshooting (Siemens, Nidec, ABB, etc.).
•    Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or electrical design software.
•    Experience in preventive maintenance systems (PM/CMMS).
•    Proficient in English.
 

Job description:
•    Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical systems and production equipment. 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, automation, PLC, inverter, and control system issues. 
•     Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime. 
•    Monitor and follow up maintenance activities to ensure effective execution and machine availability. 
•    Support installation, modification, and improvement projects within budget and timeline. 
•    Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and contractors. 
•    Coordinate with Production and related departments to optimize operational efficiency. 
•    Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
•    Provide technical support, knowledge sharing, and engineering guidance to plant personnel.
