Our client is the Japanese company, Automotive parts manufacturer, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following:

Position                      :           Maintenance Manager
Salary                         :           40,000-50,000 Baht/ months.
Location                     :           Eastern Seaboard, Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Working Day              :           Monday - Friday (Alternate Saturdays)

Qualifucations:
1. More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing and over 5 years in automotive manufacturing (Press & Welding).
2. More than 5 years in management level.
3.Good machine maintenance skill in automotive (Press machine : Seyi, Chinfong, Wasino, Amada and Welding robot : OTC, Panasonic).
4.Must have working experience in new model.
5.Working under pressure and can do attitude.

Job description
1. Managing maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime and improve all machines/equipment.
2. Analyze all problems and develop solutions for improvement related to maintenance, follow-up PM plan.
3. Subordinate management 8-9, training for skill up, work on ISO system relation (IATF16949, ISO9001).
4. Manage maintenance team to achieve the company target.
5. Project lead, Kaizen and continuous improvement efforts: propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement actions for all facilities.
6. New model control for cost, concept design and master schedule.
7. Perform other job assignment or responsibilities as and when required by Management.
