A global electronics manufacturing and supply chain solutions provider is looking for an Associate Payroll & HR Services to be part of their expanding team in Malaysia.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling of employees’ master data and time management for Japan 

  • To ensure of Employees’ Personnel Master and Time related data are updated accurately for 
    payroll processing 

  • To generate and process weekly, monthly, ad-hoc Employees Master data and Time 
    management related reports 

  • To assist department coordinator/recruiter/Site HR with day to day Employees Master data 
    & Time management related responsibility 

  • To ensure filing system accurately for audit compliance 

  • Perform system testing for system configuration change, upgrade or legal change

     

Job Requirements

1)For new graduates

  • Able to communicate and write in Japanese is required as the applicants will deal for Japan's 
    stakeholders or employees 

  • Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects. 

  • Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner. 

  • Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or 
    all of the following applications: Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

     

2)For experienced individuals 

  • Significant knowledge of government legislation impacting the practice of human resources 
    management. 

  • Significant knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, arbitration 
    proceedings. 

  • Proficient in SAP is an added advantage.
