【日系EC大手】データアナリスト（派遣）｜SQL・BIを活用し事業改善をリード

日系大手ECグループのデータソリューション部門にて、EC・広告事業で活用されるカタログデータの価値を最大化するデータアナリストのポジションです。単なるデータ集計にとどまらず、ビジネス課題の特定から仮説構築、データ分析、そして事業サイドへの改善提案までを一貫してリードし、データドリブンな意思決定を推進する役割を担っていただきます。

• 事業部門のKPIやプロセスを深く理解しカタログデータ活用におけるボトルネックの特定とロードマップの策定を行う
• 曖昧なビジネス上の問いに対しステークホルダーへのヒアリングを通じて分析可能な要件へと構造化および定義する
• SQLや統計的手法を用いて大規模データからビジネスの意思決定に直結するインサイトの抽出を行う
• 分析結果に基づき運用改善やプロダクト機能改善などの具体的な施策をビジネスサイドへ提案し効果検証を行う
• プロダクトマネージャーやエンジニアと密に連携し分析結果をプロダクト開発や運用プロセスに反映させる橋渡しを担う

Rather than simply producing reports, you will lead the full analytics lifecycle-from identifying business challenges and formulating hypotheses to performing advanced data analysis and delivering actionable recommendations that drive business improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Data Analysts, Business Analysts, BI Analysts, or Analytics Consultants looking to work with large-scale datasets while influencing strategic business decisions.

• Analyze business KPIs and operational processes to identify opportunities for improving the utilization of enterprise catalog data.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical requirements through stakeholder interviews and business analysis.
• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, statistical methodologies, and large-scale datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Present data-driven recommendations to improve operational processes, products, and business performance, while measuring the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and operational teams to translate analytical findings into product enhancements and process improvements.
• Build dashboards and performance reports to support business decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities for data utilization across the organization.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 事業会社等における5年以上のデータ分析実務経験があること。
• 高度なSQLスキル（複雑なクエリ作成、パフォーマンスチューニング等）を有すること。
• TableauやLookerなどのBIツールを用いたダッシュボード構築およびインサイト抽出の実務経験があること。
• データを用いた課題特定から事業への提案および実行までを自律的にリードした経験があること。

• 曖昧なビジネス要件をステークホルダーへのヒアリングを通じて構造化・定義できる高い要件定義能力。
• 各関連部署（PM、エンジニア、運用担当など）と円滑に連携し合意形成ができる高いコミュニケーション能力。
• 業務を円滑に進めるための日本語ネイティブレベルの語学力。
• 英語日常会話レベル（TOEIC 600点程度）以上の語学力。

• 統計学の深い知見およびA/Bテストの設計や評価経験
• PythonまたはRを用いたデータ加工、分析、機械学習の実務経験

• データマネジメントおよびデータガバナンスに関する知見
• 不明確な状況下でも主体的に行動し道筋を立てられる曖昧さや複雑さへの耐性

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Analysis within a corporate environment.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex query development, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and generating business insights using Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
• Proven experience leading projects from business problem identification through data analysis, recommendation, and implementation.
• Experience working with large-scale business or product datasets.
• Strong understanding of KPI analysis and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent analytical thinking and business requirement gathering skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across Product Managers, Engineers, and business teams.
• Ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical solutions.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in complex environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

• Japanese: Native Level
• English: Conversational Level (TOEIC 600+ equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of statistics and experience designing or evaluating A/B testing.
• Practical experience using Python or R for data processing, analytics, or machine learning.
• Experience working with enterprise data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance best practices.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing business environments.
