日系大手ECグループのデータソリューション部門にて、次世代AI施策（Agentic Commerce等）を見据えたデータプロダクトおよびプラットフォームの「上流データ戦略立案から実行」までを牽引するシニアプロダクトマネージャーのポジションです。複数ソースからのデータ構造化や、カタログデータの整備・管理プラットフォーム開発におけるPM/BA業務を主導していただきます。

• 次世代AI施策の実現に向けた中長期的なナレッジデータ戦略の立案および実行計画の策定
• 複数ソースからのデータ収集、構造化、ベクトル化を含めたデータパイプラインの要件定義と設計
• ステークホルダー間の利害調整を行い、開発ロードマップの策定からリリースまでを主体的に推進
• 抽象的なビジネスニーズを詳細な機能要件定義書（PRD）や技術仕様書へ落とし込み開発チームへ橋渡し
• 高品質なカタログデータおよびナレッジデータ基盤の構築と運用、およびデータガバナンスの徹底

Join one of Japan's largest e-commerce and internet technology companies as a Senior AI Product Manager, leading strategic AI, Data Platform, and Knowledge Data initiatives.

Working within the company's Data Solutions Division, you will drive end-to-end data strategy, from upstream planning through execution, supporting next-generation AI initiatives such as Agentic Commerce. You will lead product management and business analysis activities for large-scale catalog data platforms, helping shape enterprise AI capabilities powered by LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced data architectures.

• Develop and execute long-term knowledge data strategies supporting next-generation AI initiatives, including Agentic Commerce.
• Define requirements and design scalable data pipelines, including multi-source data collection, structuring, vectorization, and knowledge management.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders from roadmap planning through successful product delivery and release.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Design, build, and manage high-quality catalog data, knowledge platforms, and enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered data platforms.
• Drive continuous improvements to data quality, platform performance, and product delivery processes.
• Support enterprise AI platform initiatives utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and modern data technologies.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ITプロジェクトマネジメント（PM）または推進の経験が10年以上あること。
• 大手コンサルティングファームやITベンダーでの上流コンサルティング、またはPMOとしての就業経験があること。
• 大規模なカタログデータ、マスタデータ、またはナレッジデータのモデリングや要件定義（BA）の経験があること。
• 生成AIやLLMを用いたプラットフォーム開発の推進、またはデータ構造（ベクトル化、RAG等）の設計経験があること。

• 複雑なステークホルダー間の利害を調整し、プロジェクトを主体的に自走・推進できる高いコミュニケーション能力。
• 抽象的なビジネス要件を具体的なデータ仕様やプラットフォームの機能要件へ落とし込める論理的思考力とドキュメンテーション能力。
• Webスクレイピングやデータエンジニアリングの基礎知識を持ち、エンジニアと対等に技術的議論ができるスキル。
• 日本語ネイティブレベルおよび英語ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 800点以上相当）の語学力。

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Technical Program Management, or project leadership.
• Experience working in leading consulting firms, global IT vendors, or PMO organizations.
• Proven experience defining requirements and designing large-scale catalog data, master data, or knowledge data platforms.
• Hands-on experience leading AI platform development utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, Vector Databases, or RAG technologies.
• Strong Business Analysis (BA) experience within enterprise platform or digital transformation projects.
• Experience delivering complex data platform or AI-related initiatives across large organizations.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align complex cross-functional organizations.
• Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills capable of translating abstract business needs into detailed product specifications.
• Working knowledge of web scraping, data engineering, and modern AI technologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated leader capable of independently driving complex strategic initiatives.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering business value through technology.

• Japanese: Native Level
• English: Business Level (TOEIC 800+ equivalent)

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms or large-scale data architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud-native AI ecosystems and enterprise data engineering.
• Experience developing AI-powered products within e-commerce or digital platform businesses.
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge management.
• Experience working within multinational technology organizations.
