Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organization design, workforce planning, and talent development 

  • Lead key HR initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, and change management 

  • Oversee General Affairs, administration, and employee services to ensure efficient and compliant operations 

  • Manage facility operations, ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth infrastructure management 

  • Supervise IT support and logistics functions, ensuring system reliability and effective import/export coordination 

  • Lead cross-functional teams, set KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across HR and operational areas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HRBP or managerial roles

  • Proven experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in manufacturing environments

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, performance management, and workforce planning

  • Experience in budgeting, KPI setting, and organizational development

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams across HR and operational functions
