Position: Production Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and manage production operations for ~100 operators
Control daily production plan to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
Improve production efficiency, reduce defects, and minimize process loss
Ensure production activities comply with IATF 16949 / ISO standards
Control and prepare production-related documents and reports
Monitor process for painting, injection molding, printing, laser marking
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and related departments
Solve production issues and support continuous improvement (PDCA)
Control discipline, attendance, and performance of subordinates
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Production Supervisor
Experience in Painting / Injection molding (Automotive parts preferred)
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO documentation and systems
Good understanding of production processes and quality control
Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
