PR/119463 | ERP & Digital Transformation Lead

Role Overview:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Act as the key bridge between business, finance, operations, and technology

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle ERP implementation (design, configuration, testing, go-live, support)

• Own core ERP modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting

• Design IFRS-compliant financial structures (CoA, multi-entity, revenue recognition)

• Integrate ERP with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Drive process optimization, automation, and cross-functional integration

• Lead change management, user adoption, and training

Qualification:

• 5–10 years’ experience in ERP / IT systems

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of finance and project-based business

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform

• EPC / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing background

• IFRS-compliant ERP implementations
