• 次世代AI施策の実現に向けた中長期的なナレッジデータ戦略の立案および実行計画の策定
• 複数ソースからのデータ収集、構造化、ベクトル化を含めたデータパイプラインの要件定義と設計
• ステークホルダー間の利害調整を行い、開発ロードマップの策定からリリースまでを主体的に推進
• 抽象的なビジネスニーズを詳細な機能要件定義書（PRD）や技術仕様書へ落とし込み開発チームへ橋渡し

In this strategic role, you will define and execute the data strategy supporting innovative AI solutions, including Agentic Commerce, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Data Platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex business requirements into scalable data products while driving platform development from concept through delivery.

• Develop and execute long-term AI data strategy supporting next-generation products including Agentic Commerce.
• Define requirements and design scalable data pipelines for collecting, structuring, indexing, and vectorizing data from multiple sources.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver product roadmaps from planning through successful release.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications.
• Build and manage high-quality catalog data, knowledge platforms, and enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-driven platform capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of product quality, data architecture, and platform performance.
• Support strategic initiatives leveraging LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and enterprise AI technologies.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ITプロジェクトマネジメント（PM）または推進の経験（10年以上）
• 大手コンサルティングファームやITベンダーでの上流コンサルティング、またはPMOとしての就業経験
• 大規模なカタログデータ、マスタデータ、またはナレッジデータのモデリングや要件定義（BA）の経験
• 生成AIやLLMを用いたプラットフォーム開発の推進、またはデータ構造（ベクトル化、RAG等）の設計経験

• 複雑なステークホルダー間の利害を調整し、プロジェクトを主体的に自走・推進できる高いコミュニケーション能力
• 抽象的なビジネス要件を具体的なデータ仕様やプラットフォームの機能要件へ落とし込める論理的思考力とドキュメンテーション能力
• Webスクレイピングやデータエンジニアリングの基礎知識を持ち、エンジニアと対等に技術的議論ができるスキル
• 日本語ネイティブレベルおよび英語ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 800点以上相当）の語学力

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Project Delivery.
• Experience working within leading consulting firms, global IT vendors, or PMO organizations.
• Proven experience defining requirements and designing large-scale catalog data, master data, or knowledge management platforms.
• Hands-on experience leading AI platform development utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or vector database technologies.
• Strong experience in Business Analysis (BA), product planning, and enterprise platform delivery.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation or AI platform initiatives.

• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert abstract business challenges into practical product specifications.
• Solid understanding of web scraping, data engineering, and modern AI technologies to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-driven leader capable of independently managing complex, high-impact projects.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Japanese: Native Level
• English: Business Level (TOEIC 800+ equivalent)

• Experience working with enterprise AI platforms or advanced data architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud-native AI ecosystems and modern data engineering practices.
• Experience delivering AI products within e-commerce or large-scale digital platforms.
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows and enterprise knowledge management.
• Experience working within multinational engineering organizations.
