oin a leading consulting organization specializing in Digital Transformation (DX) and enterprise SaaS solutions. As a ServiceNow Consultant & Engineer, you will help clients modernize business operations and accelerate digital transformation through the implementation of ServiceNow and other cloud-based technologies.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from business analysis and solution design through development, deployment, and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate with clients, technical specialists, and global teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

• Design, implement, customize, and support ServiceNow-based business applications and enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Analyze client business challenges and recommend process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in all project phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and operational support.
• Leverage low-code platforms and modern cloud technologies to enhance system functionality and improve development efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project quality, successful delivery, and adherence to timelines.
• Work closely with global teams and specialized technology groups to deliver innovative solutions using the latest digital technologies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the optimization of enterprise business processes.
• Provide technical expertise and advisory support throughout the project lifecycle.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• SaaSアプリケーションまたはWebアプリケーションの開発・保守・運用経験
• Java、JavaScript、SQL、Pythonなどを用いたシステム開発経験
• システム導入プロジェクトにおける基本設計・開発・テストの実務経験
• クライアントや関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を推進できる方
• 新しいクラウド技術やSaaSソリューションへの興味・学習意欲

• Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting SaaS applications, web applications, or enterprise software solutions.
• Hands-on development experience using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Practical experience in system implementation projects, including solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders while driving project deliverables.
• Strong interest in cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and emerging digital solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
