• プロジェクトメンバーや関係者と連携し、品質・進捗・成果物を管理
• ユーザー教育や運用定着支援を含め、システムライフサイクル全体をサポート

Join a leading global consulting firm supporting digital transformation initiatives for major domestic and international organizations. As a Digital Engineer, you will act as a Solution Architect, leading projects from strategy and design through implementation and adoption. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies including ServiceNow, Generative AI, Hyperautomation, RPA, Cloud Infrastructure, and Web3, helping clients accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across business and technology functions while contributing to large-scale transformation programs and innovative service offerings.

• Lead digital transformation projects involving ServiceNow, Hyperautomation, Infrastructure Modernization, and Emerging Technologies.
• Analyze client business challenges and develop solution architectures that align with strategic objectives.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, proof of concept (PoC), implementation, and user adoption.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and provide technical advisory services to identify optimal technology solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project quality, delivery timelines, and successful outcomes.
• Support user training, operational readiness, and long-term system adoption.
• Contribute to the development of new digital transformation offerings, methodologies, and knowledge assets.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and incorporating emerging technologies into client solutions.

• 要件定義・設計・導入・改善提案のうち複数フェーズの実務経験

• 以下いずれかの実務経験
• ServiceNow
• Power Platform / UiPath / OCR / 生成AI
• ITインフラ構築・更改
• ブロックチェーン関連開発・コンサルティング

• DX・IT戦略策定やデジタル変革プロジェクトへの参画経験
• プロジェクトリーダー、PM、またはアーキテクトとしての実務経験
• M365 Copilot、ESGソリューション、データ活用領域の知見
• ベンダーマネジメントやクライアント提案活動の経験
• ServiceNow認定資格、ITIL、Power Platform、UiPathなどの関連資格
• JavaScript、Pythonなどを活用したシステム開発経験

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading application development or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience across multiple project phases, including requirements definition, solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong experience preparing client-facing documentation, presentations, and executive-level communications.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
• ServiceNow
• Microsoft Power Platform
• UiPath
• OCR Solutions
• Generative AI Technologies
• IT Infrastructure Implementation and Modernization
• Blockchain Development or Consulting
• Experience participating in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience serving as a Project Lead, Project Manager, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead.

• Experience supporting digital transformation and enterprise technology strategy initiatives.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, ESG solutions, data analytics, and AI-powered business transformation.
• Experience in vendor management and client proposal development.
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow, ITIL, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar.
• Software development experience using languages such as JavaScript or Python.
• Experience working on global projects and collaborating with international teams.
