Key Responsibilities:


- Design and implement corporate governance frameworks
- Prepare and review legal documents and disclosure materials
- Coordinate with audit firms, financial advisors, and government agencies
- Develop and implement internal compliance regulations
- Provide legal support for business initiatives
- Handle legal matters related to data privacy
- Manage disciplinary actions and incident responses

• 監査法人、金融機関、政府機関との調整
• 社内コンプライアンス規定の策定と実施
• 事業への法的サポート
• 個人情報保護関連の法的問題への対応
• 懲戒処分や事案対応の管理

Qualifications:


- Japanese bar admission (Bengoshi)
- 3+ years of legal practice experience
- Japanese (native level), English (business level)
- Experience in corporate governance frameworks
- Experience with data privacy and personal information protection
- Familiarity with compliance training and whistleblower systems

• 3年以上の法務実務経験
• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル）
• コーポレートガバナンスの枠組みの経験
• 個人情報保護の経験
• コンプライアンス研修や内部通報制度への理解
